Brief profile of the company -
Tauschen Liberal Scientific Technologies India Limited have been incorporated on
27Th, July, 2023 intended for new project work related to Semiconductor chip
manufacturing at UP assigned under MoU by State Government Of Uttar Pradesh
under the PLI Scheme of Government of India being Capital Subsidy by Central
Government @50% of project cost and by State Government @25% of total project
cost, and remaining cost of project to be borne by company and lenders under
consortium/MBA. Brief Project details & cost and means of finance are mentioned

With a vision to bring a revolution to Semiconductor Industry we are submitting this
proposal which has different approach for the industry. As the global
Semiconductor industry is facing both shortage and oversupply challenges at once,
heading into 2023, global macroeconomic and geopolitical factors are emerging as
the dominant forces shaping the semiconductor industry. Rising interest rates, high
inflation, lower consumer confidence, and tech-led stock market retreats have led to
a dramatic loss in market capitalization. In response to the higher cost of capital,
inventory drawdowns from customers and the supply chain and India being one of
the top consumer bases, Board Members of Tauschen Group of Companies, decided
to enter into the Semiconductor Industry along with our Technology Partners,
Liberal Scientific Technologies Pte Ltd. from Singapore, having its Registered
Office And R&D Research Centre Located at Saint Petersburg, Russia. Tauschen
